Indexing

I am going into business as a writer, and I actually think I will be a damn good indexer. These are the steps I need to take to do it:

• Biz cards
• Website (kimboosan.com)
• Create Contract
• Write list of questions/clarifications for customers
• Get books:
  • Indexing from A to Z by Hans Wellisch
  • Indexing Books by Nancy Mulvany
• Complete reg. w/ Chicago Manual of Style
• Join American Society of Indexers
• Network (where?)
